Signerva uses the third parties below to operate the service. Each is bound by contract to process customer data only on our instructions and to protect it to a standard consistent with our privacy policy.
We keep this list short on purpose. Every additional processor is another place your email can go.

A note on the AI provider
Our agreement with the AI provider prohibits using customer content to train or improve their models, and we send redacted excerpts rather than whole mailboxes. We will not move to a provider that does not offer those terms.
Changes
We will update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data. Workspace administrators can subscribe to notifications of changes by writing to privacy@signerva.com.
