Before you connect a mailbox

You are handing us your email. Here is what we do with it.

We ask for less than we could

Signerva requests read-only access to your mail. It cannot change, send or delete anything in your mailbox, because it never needs to.

Nothing sends without you

Signerva sends nothing today. When sending arrives, every outbound action will need your approval by default, and any automation will be opt-in and logged in full.

Your email does not train anything

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. No AI features are live yet, and none will use a provider that trains on your mail.

Leaving is easy

Disconnect a mailbox and its contents are deleted from our systems within 30 days. Revoke us from your Google account and the same thing happens.
